Lowcountry IMRG #1988 is chartered with the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group. Our chapter was founded to promote brand awareness, connect riders, and give back to our community. We are sponsored by American Biker Indian of Charleston.
We are NOT a motorcycle club or riding club, we are an owner’s group. We welcome all riders and all types of motorcycles to ride with us.
We do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of our activities or operations.

WHAT WE OFFER
GROUP RIDES
IMRG #1988 regularly organizes group rides suitable for all types of bikes and speeds. Our group rides range from short, local routes, to longer multi-day trips.
SOCIAL
With friendly and active members, we have a very social aspect to our group. We try to meet at least every other week (weather permitting) and regularly host various rides and events for our members.
DISCOUNTS
All members are entitled to 10% discounts on parts and accessories at American Biker.
REQUIREMENTS
OUR RULES
We are not only an owners group, but also a riding group, as indicated by our patch.
Our group is proudly sponsored by American Biker and Polaris. To join our group, you do not need a national membership, only a membership to a local chapter. The annual membership fee is $50, but if you purchase a brand new Indian Motorcycle from American Biker, you will receive a free membership for that calendar year.
In order to hold an officer's position, you must maintain an active membership for a minimum of 6 months and be in good standing.
Please note that you do not need to own an Indian Motorcycle or be a member to ride with us. We welcome riders of all brands to join us on our rides.
